AMS Mechanical Systems' new state of the art facility was constructed with energy savings in mind. The integration of LED energy efficient lighting and controls in the offices, warehouse and building exterior, resulted in AMS receiving a utility incentive of over $30,000.

Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, Chicago, IL
Mercy Hospital, the 485 bed Catholic hospital which has had its doors open since 1852, was retrofitted inside and outside with energy-efficient LED Lighting. In return Mercy Hospital reduced lighting expense up to 60%, saving $98,702.00 annually, with ComEd incentives of over $70,000.
Four Seasons Hotel, Chicago, IL
Four Seasons Hotel is a 343 room 5 Star Hotel that was retrofitted with energy-efficient LED lighting plus programmable thermostats and controls. Between the lighting, thermostats and controls. Four Season's energy expense was reduced by 65% with savings over $150,000 annually.
Napleton Auto Dealerships, Chicagoland
Retrofitted 7 of Napleton's auto dealerships with energy efficient lighting and replaced the outside HID parking lights with LED lights. Together, The 7 Napleton dealerships will save over $100,000 annually in energy and maintenance. Additionally, Napleton received combined incentives of over $175,000.
Resource Management Co, Chicago Ridge, IL
RMC received utility incentives of over $60,000 to retrofit the warehouse with LED energy effiencent lighting, which yielded over 85% savings. RMC's annual lighting savings is over $104,000.
Kendall County Municipal Buildings, Kendall County, IL
LED lighting retrofit at the following locations: Public Safety Center, County Office Building, Historical Courthouse and Facilities/Coroner. The project cost of over $300,000 was paid by grants. The grants came from the Illinois Clean Energy Foundation, which is funded by ComEd, the state's Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, and the Mayors Caucus. Over 1257 fluorescent fixtures at four facilities were changed to LED lamps, saving over $60,000 a year at no cost to the County and without any taxpayer dollars.
FBI Parking Garage, Chicago, IL
FBI installed new LED lights and with new technology expects to lower energy use by 60% in the 450 South Federal Parking Garage which was installed as reported by the GSA Lakes Region. Also installed were high efficient light fixtures, panels, controls, and an advanced electrical monitoring system.
